The business started in 2003 as mini restaurant, sales of food and drinks in Tarkwa (Hospital Road – Nzema Line Junction) with a maximum of a 20-seater (restaurant) room size and a mini kitchen. The restaurant expanded after 2 years to cater for 40 seats.

The Business gained more experience after it decided to opt for services in the institutions, which resulted in acquiring a bigger and standard kitchen also situated close to the Old Hospital Road – Nzema Line Junction.

A new, better and more modernized area was sourced and leased for 10 years at Market Circle in Tarkwa, referred to as Golden Gift Annex. This crowned the entertainment part of the business vision.

This new place can boast of couple of activities which includes Local & Continental food services, In-Door and out-door bar services, Chicken Grilling Mechanization, Shawarma food (First to introduce in Tarkwa), as well as night music for entertainment and relaxation. The company is currently building a 50-bed hotel facility at Bogoso Junction close to Liebherr Workshop and offices.

The New Tarkwa Government Hospital Canteen contracted to Gift-B golden Restaurant in later part of 2014, and has left a valuable mark in a considerable number of companies in the municipality and its environs over the years as listed below:
